Customized Rabbit Recombinant Monoclonal Antibodies

GeneTex’s recombinant monoclonal antibody protocol involves cloning antibody-coding DNA from the peripheral blood B cells of an immunized rabbit, or from a mouse hybridoma cell line, and employing an innovative technology to screen and identify the generated antibodies that fit your specific application goals. Importantly, our FACS-based method preserves the natural pairing of the heavy and light chains from a single B cell or hybridoma cell, thereby maintaining the matched antibody variable regions. The entire procedure starting with FACS sorting requires only a few weeks. In addition, the generated recombinant antibody can be engineered into various Fc backbones, including rabbit, mouse, rat, or human IgG depending on your needs. And once cloned, your antibody is inexhaustible with exceptional reproducibility.
