Importantly, our FACS-based method preserves the natural pairing of the heavy and light chains from a single B cell or hybridoma cell, thereby maintaining the matched antibody variable regions. The entire procedure starting with FACS sorting requires only a few weeks. In addition, the generated recombinant antibody can be engineered into various Fc backbones, including rabbit, mouse, rat, or human IgG depending on your needs. And once cloned, your antibody is inexhaustible with exceptional reproducibility.
