Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human colon carcinoma, using ABCE1(GTX117706) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ABCE1 antibody (GTX117706) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ABCE1 antibody detects ABCE1 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37ºC for 30 min.
Green: ABCE1 protein stained by ABCE1 antibody (GTX117706) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

ABCE1 antibody detects ABCE1 protein by Western blot analysis.
