Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ACADSB antibody (GTX114231) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

SBCAD antibody detects SBCAD protein at mitochondria by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde/culture medium at 37ºC for 30 min.
Green: SBCAD protein stained by SBCAD antibody (GTX114231) diluted at 1:5000.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human hepatoma, using SBCAD(GTX114231) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
