Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) Caco-2 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ACE2 antibody [GT19410] (GTX635897) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG antibody (GTX213111-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ACE2 antibody [GT19410] detects ACE2 protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Caco-2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
