Wild-type (WT) and ATF3 knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ATF3 antibody (GTX129120) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

ATF3 antibody detects ATF3 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HCT116 cells, irradiated (right) or non-irradiated (left) with 100 J/m2 UVC with 8hr recovery, were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 5 min.
Green: ATF3 protein stained by ATF3 antibody (GTX129120) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

ATF3 antibody detects ATF3 protein by western blot analysis.
