Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: Apolipoprotein B stained by Apolipoprotein B antibody [HL1962] (GTX637799) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

HepG2 whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Apolipoprotein B antibody [HL1962] (GTX637799) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with purified native human ApoB protein (4000-62.5 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with Apolipoprotein B antibody [HL1962] (GTX637799) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
