Indirect ELISA analysis performed by coating plate with recombinant apolipoprotein B (7.27-0.11 nM). Coated protein was probed with Apolipoprotein B antibody (GTX135994) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect bound primary antibody.

HepG2 whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Apolipoprotein B antibody (GTX135994) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
