CD37 antibody detects CD37 protein by western blot analysis. Non-transfected (-) and CD37-transfected (+, ) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD37 antibody (GTX129598) diluted by 1:5000.
