SU86.86 exsosome extracts (1 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CD81 antibody [HL1667] (GTX637265) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

CD81 antibody [HL1667] detects CD81 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
