Wild-type (WT) and CDKN2A / p16INK4a knockout (KO) HeLa cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with CDKN2A / p16INK4a antibody (GTX135120) diluted at 1:2500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

CDKN2A / p16INK4a antibody detects CDKN2A / p16INK4a protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
