ICC/IF analysis of HeLa cells transiently transfected with flag-tagged Cas9 using Cas9 antibody [7A9] at a dilution of 0.5 μg/ml (green) and DAPI (blue).

IP analysis was performed with lysate from HEK293T cells expressing Flag-tagged S. pyogenes Cas9 and either Cas9 antibody [7A9] followed by incubation with a 1:1 mixture of protein A/G sepharose beads (Cas9 Sup) or Cas9 antibody [7A9] crosslinked with a 1:1 mixture of protein A/G sepharose beads (Cas9 X-link). The precipitates were detected by the same antibody. Asterisk indicates IgG heavy chain.
