Sample: Chikungunya virus non-infected and infected cells slide.
Green: Chikungunya virus nsP2 antibody [HL1488] (GTX636962) diluted at 1:100.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Chikungunya virus nsP2 antibody [HL1488] detects Chikungunya virus nsP2 protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mock and Chikungunya virus nsp2 - transfected 293T cell pellet.
Green: Chikungunya virus nsP2 stained by Chikungunya virus nsP2 antibody [HL1488] (GTX636962) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Chikungunya virus nsP2 antibody [HL1488] (GTX636962) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Chikungunya viral lysate  (0.5 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Chikungunya virus nsP2 antibody [HL1488] (GTX636962) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
