DAZL antibody detects DAZL protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 μg) and Mouse tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with DAZL antibody (GTX100230) diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.
