Dengue virus NS1 protein antibody [HL1991] detects Dengue virus type 2 NS1 protein protein by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: Mock and transfected 293T cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: Dengue virus type 2 NS1 protein stained by Dengue virus NS1 protein antibody [HL1991] (GTX637892) diluted at 1:500. Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Non-infected (–) and infected (+) BHK-21 whole cell extracts (5 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Dengue virus NS1 protein antibody [HL1991] (GTX637892) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
