Wild-type (WT) and GSTO1 knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GSTO1 antibody (GTX118439) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Mouse tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GSTO1 antibody (GTX118439) diluted at 1:5000.

Rat tissue extract (50 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with GSTO1 antibody (GTX118439) diluted at 1:5000.

GSTO1 antibody detects GSTO1 protein at cytoplasm on human lung carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human lung carcinoma.
