Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating plate with 50 μL of recombinant Goat IgG (HRP) protein at concentration of 10 μg/mL. The coated protein is detected with Goat IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX232040-01) at concentration rangeing from 125 to 1.95 ng/mL.
