Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with HRH1 antibody [HL2783] (GTX639651) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

HRH1 antibody [HL2783] detects HRH1 protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
