IGF2 antibody [N1C3] detects IGF2 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: Hep G2 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: IGF2 protein stained by IGF2 antibody [N1C3] (GTX100453) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

HepG2 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IGF2 antibody [N1C3] (GTX100453) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
