IGFBP1 antibody detects IGFBP1 protein at cytoplasm and Golgi apparatus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: IGFBP1 stained by IGFBP1 antibody (GTX129006) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.

Immunoprecipitation of IGFBP1 protein from HepG2 whole cell extracts using 5 μg of IGFBP1 antibody (GTX129006).
Western blot analysis was performed using IGFBP1 antibody (GTX129006).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IGFBP1 antibody (GTX129006) diluted at 1:1000.
