Immunoprecipitation of MCT1 protein from HepG2 whole cell extracts using 5 μg of MCT1 antibody (GTX129599).
Western blot analysis was performed using MCT1 antibody (GTX129599).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG (GTX221666-01) was used as a secondary reagent.

MCT1 antibody detects MCT1 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MCT1 antibody (GTX129599) diluted by 1:1000.
