Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded BT483 xenograft, using MRP1(GTX116046) antibody at 1:250 dilution.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with MRP1 antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX116046) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

MRP1 antibody [N1N2], N-term detects MRP1 protein at cell membrane by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse liver.
MRP1 stained by MRP1 antibody [N1N2], N-term (GTX116046) diluted at 1:500.
