Confocal immunofluorescence analysis (Olympus FV10i) of methanol-fixed A431, using Moesin(GTX101708) antibody (green) at 1:500 dilution. Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with GTX11304 (red) at 1:500.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Moesin antibody [C2C3], C-term (GTX101708) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
