HepG2 whole cell and mitochondria extracts (8.1 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Monoamine Oxidase B antibody [N2C3] (GTX105970) diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
