Non-infected (–) and infected (+) BSC-40 whole cell extracts were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Mpox virus D8L antibody [HL2950] (GTX640335) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Monkeypox virus D8L antibody [HL2950] (GTX640335) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
