SK-MEL-28 whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with NPAS1 antibody (GTX105876) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

NPAS1 antibody detects NPAS1 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: U87-MG cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde/PBS for 15 min.
Green: NPAS1 protein stained by NPAS1 antibody (GTX105876) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
