Sample: Paraffin-embedded PCV2 free swine lymph node.
Porcine circovirus type 2 Capsid antibody (GTX128120) dilution: 1:1000.
Antigen Retrieval: Trilogy™ (EDTA based, pH 8.0) buffer, 15min
Infected Sf21 whole cell extract provided from Dr. Wu lab, Chung Yuan Christian University, Bioscience Technology.
Lysate (30 μg) from Sf21 cells, expressing recombinant PCV2 protein by baculovirus system, was separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Porcine circovirus type 2 Capsid antibody (GTX128120) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
