Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using RAB2B(GTX108606) antibody at 1:200 dilution.

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RAB2B antibody (GTX108606) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

RAB2B antibody detects RAB2B protein at cytoplasm and membrane on human liver carcinoma by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded liver carcinoma.
