Non-transfected and transfected 293T whole cell extracts were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Spike antibody (GTX135356) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) spike S1 293T overexpression cell lysates (GTX535663) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with 6X His tag antibody (GTX115045) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.
