Streptavidin (0.5 μg) were separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Streptavidin antibody (GTX132626-01) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

An ELISA plate is coated with 50 μL of Streptavidin recombinant protein at concentration ranged from 0.03 μg/mL to 9 μg/mL. The coated protein is detected with HRP-conjugated anti-Streptavidin antibody (GTX132626-01) at 0.5 μg/mL.
