Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TAZ antibody [HL2032] (GTX637933) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.

Whole zebrafish extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TAZ antibody [HL2032] (GTX637933) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

TAZ antibody [HL2032] detects TAZ protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: TAZ stained by TAZ antibody [HL2032] (GTX637933) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
