Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TCF3 / E2A antibody (GTX109885) diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

TCF3 / E2A antibody detects TCF3 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: TCF3 stained by TCF3 / E2A antibody (GTX109885) diluted at 1:600.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

TCF3 / E2A antibody detects TCF3 protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat brain.
TCF3 stained by TCF3 / E2A antibody (GTX109885) diluted at 1:500.
