Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with TRF1 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX106349) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

TRF1 antibody [C3], C-term detects TRF1 protein at spindle by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: TRF1 stained by TRF1 antibody [C3], C-term (GTX106349) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
