Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in MeOH.
Green: Transferrin stained by Transferrin antibody [HL2431] (GTX638747) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Human plasma (30 μg) was separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Transferrin antibody [HL2431] (GTX638747) diluted at 1:10000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
