UCP1 stained by UCP1 antibody [HL2944] (GTX640329) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Various tissue extracts (50 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with UCP1 antibody [HL2944] (GTX640329) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
