Green: Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus nsp1 stained by Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus nsp1 antibody [HL1593] (GTX637072) diluted at 1:1000.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Venezuelan equine encephalitis virus nsp1 antibody [HL1593] (GTX637072) diluted at 1:50000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
