Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Vinexin antibody [N3C2], Internal (GTX115362) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Sample: HepG2 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: SORBS3 protein stained by Vinexin antibody [N3C2], Internal (GTX115362) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.
