YTHDC2 antibody [HL1862] detects YTHDC2 protein at cytoplasm by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: YTHDC2 stained by YTHDC2 antibody [HL1862] (GTX637587) diluted at 1:200.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with YTHDC2 antibody [HL1862] (GTX637587) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody. Corresponding RNA expression data for the same cell lines are based on Human Protein Atlas program.
