Untreated (–) and treated (+) HUVEC whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with eNOS (phospho Ser1177) antibody (GTX129058) diluted at 1:500 and eNOS antibody (GTX133404) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Sample: THP-1 cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: eNOS (phospho Ser1177) stained by eNOS (phospho Ser1177) antibody (GTX129058) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
