WB (peptide competition) analysis of HEK 293 cells treated with UV irradiation using GTX24822 p38 MAPK (phospho Thr180/Tyr182) antibody prior incubated with no peptide (Lane 2), the non-phosphorylated peptide corresponding to the phosphopeptide (Lane 3), a generic phosphotyrosine-containing peptide (Lane 4-5), and the phosphopeptide derived from the corresponding region of JNK1 and 2 (Lane 6). The data show that only the immunogen phosphopeptide blocks the signal, demonstrating the specificity of the antibody.
