Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed HeLa, using S6K2(GTX101887) antibody at 1:500 dilution.

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p70 S6K beta antibody (GTX101887) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
