Anal canal- Squamous cell carcinoma with intense decorin immunostaining of the stroma (decorin immunohistochemistry).

Anal canal- Squamous cell carcinoma with intense decorin immunostaining of the stroma. A subset of tumor cells – mostly adjacent to the stroma – are also positive.

Invasive breast cancer of no special type (NST) with weak to moderate decorin staining of the stroma. A subset of tumor cells – mostly adjacent to the stroma –also exhibits a decorin staining (decorin immunohistochemistry).

Colon- Colorectal adenocarcinoma showing a strong decorin staining of most tumor cells.

Esophagus- Adenocarcinoma with decorin positive stroma (decorin immunohistochemistry)

Ovary- Decorin negative serous high-grade carcinoma showing some staining of its stroma (decorin immunohistochemistry).

Pancreas- Ductal adenocarcinoma with strong decorin immunostaining of most tumor cells and of the stroma.

Prostate- Adenocarcinoma (Gleason 3+3=6) containing a small subset of tumor cells with strong decorin positivity. Weak decorin immunostaining of the stroma (decorin immunohistochemistry)

Prostate- Adenocarcinoma (Gleason 3+3=6) containing few glands with strong decorin positivity. Weak decorin immunostaining of the stroma

       

Prostate- Adenocarcinoma (Gleason 3+3=6) exhibiting a weak decorin immunostaining of the stroma while tumor cells remain negative

Prostate- Adenocarcinoma (Gleason 5+5=10) with moderate decorin immunostaining of all tumor cells (decorin immunohistochemistry)

Prostate- Decorin negative adenocarcinoma (Gleason 3+3=6).

Salivary gland- Decorin negative Warthin tumor.

       

Skin- Decorin negative Merkel cell carcinoma.

Soft tissue- Liposarcoma with strong decorin immunostaining of tumor cells (decorin immunohistochemistry).

Stomach- Decorin negative gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).

Stomach- Gastric adenocarcinoma (intestinal type) with moderate to strong decorin staining of tumor cells. Weak decorin positivity of the stroma (decorin immunohistochemistry).

Testis- Decorin negative seminoma.

Testis- Seminoma with distinct decorin immunostaining of a small subset of tumor cells (decorin immunohistochemistry).
