Duodenum, Brunner gland - In Brunner glands, CD34 staining is not limited to blood vessels. Delicate fibres surrounding individual glands and other stromal elements are also CD34 positive.

Duodenum, mucosa

Ectocervix

Endocervix - Endocervical stroma cells are strongly CD34 positive.

Endometrium, proliferation - In the endometrium, CD34 immunostaining is seen in blood vessels and in stroma cells (weak staining).

Endometrium, secretion - In the endometrium, CD34 immunostaining is seen in blood vessels and in stroma cells (weak staining).

Epididymis - In the epididymis, CD34 staining is not limited to blood vessels. Fibres surrounding epithelial tissue are CD34 positive.

Esophagus, squamous epithelium

Fallopian tube, mucosa - In the fallopian tube, stromal and smooth muscular structures surrounding epithelial tissue as well as blood vessels are CD34 positive.

Gallbladder, epithelium

Heart

Ileum, mucosa

Kidney, cortex - Endothelial cells of blood vessels and o glomeruli show a strong CD34 staining.

Kidney, medulla

Liver - In the liver, CD34 is only seen in portal vessels and periportal sinusoidal endothelial cells. CD34 staining intensity decreases rapidly in endothelial cells located more remotely from the portal field. Hepatocytes are CD34 negative.

Ovary, stroma

Pancreas - In the pancreas, CD34 staining is not limited to blood vessels. Thin fibres surrounding acinar cells and other stromal structures show CD34 staining.

Parathyroid

Parotid gland - In salivary glands, CD34 staining is not limited to blood vessels. Delicate fibres surrounding individual glands are CD34 positive.

Striated muscle - In skeletal muscle, CD34 stains blood vessels and stromal components.

Testis - In the testis, CD34 staining involves fibres surrounding tubuli.

Thymus - In the thymus, CD34 staining is not limited to blood vessels but also involves specific stromal structures.

Thyroid gland - In the thyroid gland, CD34 staining is not limited to blood vessels. Stromal and smooth muscular structures surrounding epithelial tissue are CD34 positive.

Tonsil, surface epithelium

Tonsil

Urinary bladder, muscular wall

Urinary bladder, urothelium

Uterus, myometrium - In the myometrium, CD34 staining involves blood vessels, muscular cells, and stroma.
